I would first like to thank my family for having an early Christmas, so I could make this possible. ENJOY!!! Twas the night before Christmas. And all round the tree, Not a creature was stirring. Unless you count me.
The stockings were hung on the wall with great care. And even this puppy's name was up there, Everyone was sleeping in bed, I should of been there too. But it's my first birthday, All this is brand new!
And outside the window were colorful lights. Reds, yellows, greens, blues. and even whites. I ran out my dog door and into the snow. The full moon and lights made everything glow.
I looked up and down the street. I had to see it all! But then my heart sank. When I heard my masters call.
She walked out to me with my leash in hand. Could it possibly be? A walk would be grand! My wish came true, this time my master didn't talk. We were both busy looking on our midnight walk.
The next day was our Christmas. Did I ever have fun! A before sunrise race, that of course I won. I stripped the ornaments off half of the tree. And found out how loud master could yell at me.
My first year of life, I found some cool things. Mistletoe, lollipops, and presents tied with strings, Colorful lights, stockings, and doggie mittens, Butter flavored popcorn, and a room full of kittens.
I guess I had made this Christmas mine. Opening all the presents was sure devine! "You'll be sorry if you do one more thing Rover...." But that was too late cause I knocked the tree over!
I can't wait to see what will happen next year. I know that I will surely spread more fear. I tried to explain that all puppies are perky. When I was caught eating the hot Christmas turkey!
