woof! beagle greetings from oregon! mommy moved my black lab sister shelby and i to a new house. anyway, i am just so happy with the new house and the great back yard. shelby is pretty happy too... i have a trick that I must share. i have driven mommy so crazy with opening the cupboards under the sink to get to the tasty garbage, that she went out and bought some things called baby safety latches. hah! she thought that those would stop me. NOPE! it only took me a day or so to figure out how to get past those! mommy even set up the video tape machine thing once when she went out to see what i do. i showed her! she and bruce had had chinese food the day before and had put the empty boxes in the garbage. i opened the cuboard doors and heaven! shelby and i feasted on old chinese food and yummy drippings for awhile, until we heard their car and rushed back to the couches.
mommy was flabbergasted as she re-watched the tape of us having chinese food lunch. mhe said she sent the tape to some tv show...
anyway, this new house is cool. it has many more cupboards and drawers! i can check alot of stuff out and see if there is anything good to eat. But alas, she keeps all the food up high now out of my reach.... UNLESS i can be really sneaky! i will tell you one last story...
mommy bought a webcam and set it up on her computer facing the kitchen. she said she wanted to watch me during the day to see what i do... why doesn't she ever get mad at shelby? she's just as guilty as i.
well, mommy left a chair near the end of the counter one morning and I took it upon myself to jump up on the chair and see if i could get up on the counter. I'm not as young as i used to be. plus i'm a a little chunky. ha ha.
well, i smelled something really good coming from the other side of the sink. i realized it was the garbage in a plastic bag that mommy forgot to take out to the trash can. she left it for me! how sweet!
well, i gave my mommy's friends quite the web cam show that morning! she and her friends were able to watching me walk all over the counters eatting the box of donuts, the dog bisquits and the garbage that was on the counter, to name a few things. i of course shared with shelby!
i'm waiting for my next opportunity to give mommy and her friends a good web cam show.
